Megan Newman started in Zambia as an intern on 2001. She loved it so much she returned as a full time missionary in 2003. Megan is currently home in Canada on furlough.
Since 2001 there have been numerous full-time missionaries, part-time missionaries, visiting ministers/lecturers, visiting short-term missions teams and missionary interns who have all played a vital and valuable role in the ministry at Heart of Africa Mission Christian Training College.
Megan is currently in Canada on a one year furlough. During her trip home, she and Chansa Mbao of Kitwe, Zambia, will be married in Victoria BC. The couple plan to return to the mission field at the end of their furlough.
